Shipping Information

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS.

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Max delivery time – 45 business days.
*This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Help and FAQs

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the fewer products you will get on the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

When placing an order at you may use the following payment methods: DiscoverMasterCardVisa, debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo, and PayPal.  We cannot accept checks, cash, or money orders as payment. We accept credit cards only from countries to which we ship.

We will ship your package in the most economical and efficient manner possible.  In the event you select a shipping method upon checkout, we will ship using your method of choice.  Please allow 1-2 Business Days for your order to ship.  In the event your order is for an expedited shipping method, such as Overnight or 2nd Day Air, we suggest that you leave a comment when doing your purchase.
Orders placed on weekends and/or Holidays will be processed within the next applicable Business Day.  When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your specific tracking information.

We currently do not accept exchanges due to tracking issues. We know buying online can be difficult so if there is an issue with the good (defect etc) or you need a different style, color, or size, please return your original order for a gift card or refund and place a new order.
